PaceCraft Privacy Policy

Effective date: 13 July 2026

PaceCraft is a workout timer and performance-tracking app for functional fitness athletes. This policy describes what data the app collects and how it is used. The short version: your data is used to run the app for you — it is never sold and never shared for advertising.

Data we collect

What we do not collect

How your data is used

Your data is used solely to provide PaceCraft's features: storing your workouts, computing performance scores and analysis, syncing your data across sign-ins, and improving workout parsing. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing or advertising.

Where your data is stored

Data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers in the European Union (Spain). Workout parsing uses an AI model hosted on Microsoft Azure; your parsing inputs are processed there as part of providing the feature. Google handles sign-in under its own privacy policy.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept for as long as you have an account. You can delete individual workout sessions in the app. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at the address below and we will remove it.

Children

PaceCraft is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
